In the 24th Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition 2023, held in the city of Los Angeles, of the United States of America, at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel, from February 6 to 12, 2023, entries reached 465 olive oil samples from more than 20 olive producing countries, coming from 172 olive producers and companies.
LAIOOC is a competition of international prestige and high scope. It is also one of the largest in the American continent and one of the leading worldwide according to the Evoo World Ranking.
It rewards the best olive oils worldwide with specialized judges - tasters and with the recognized system of blind tasting, with expert olive oil panel tasters, recognized by the International Olive Council - IOC.
