Plus Health Green Olives - Green olives with high polyphenols

DescriptionThe specialized table olives “Plus Health Green Olives” belong to the new innovative series of olives with the patented title "Plus Health Olives".

They come from individual parts of Sakellaropoulos Organic Farms, are collected in a specific season, exclusively handpicked, are of completely natural fermentation, without pasteurization and do not undergo chemical or thermal treatment.

They present an extremely high content of total phenols, far exceeding the content of the average values found in table olives by up to 570%, reaching 2.150 mg/Kg of which 1620 mg/Kg of hydroxytorosol and 530 mg/Kg of tyrosol.

The levels of tyrosol and hydroxytyrosol in “Plus Health Green Olives” are higher than the average values of commercial olives samples (134 and 244 μg/g respectively) that were included in the study performed at the University of Athens and published in J.
