Armonikon is a general purpose cold extracted organic olive oil single estate (self-produced), monovarietal, with mild and specific taste characteristics of very good quality.

Its production starts exclusively from our organic olive groves, which is why it is characterized by the international term single estate organic olive oil. There is absolute management of the ripe olive fruit during its collection, which is done in a few hours from the optimal stage of olive harvest.

Armonikon monovarietal organic olive oil differs significantly from conventional general use olive oils, because it is produced, usually from mid to late November, by cold extraction within 24 hours of olive harvest, at 25-27 ° C and is therefore a cold extracted olive oil that requires up to twice the amount of ripe olives for its production.

Characteristics of the certified organic olive oil Armonikon, is the rather low acidity (many years it is less than 0.3%) which classifies it in the extra virgin organic olive oils, with corresponding indicators of chemical analysis.

It also contains vitamins, predominantly vitamin E (a tocopherol), phytosterols and a high level of polyphenols, which characterize it as a biofunctional phenolic olive oil with a health claim under the European Regulation (EU Health Claim 432/2012) that helps blood lipids from oxidative stress. Its phenol content exceeds the limits set by the EU regulation every year.
